The Duxford Spring Airshow 2008 included a Blue Peter Challenge with presenters Zoe Salmon, and Andy Akinwolere performing an aerobatic wingwalking display on the Team Guinot Boeing Stearman aircraft. The presenters were put through their paces by Team leader Vic Norman and Aerosuperbatics Director of Flying Martyn Carrington.
Professional wingwalkers Lucy Foster and Danielle Hughes also performed their wingwalking display and included the breathtaking manoeuvre 'Guinot Goose', where they leave the safety of their static harness to sit on the leading edge of the top wing directly above the plane's propeller.
The Tucano T1 flown by Flt Lt. Stew Campbell and Hawk T1 flown by Flt Lt. Dave Davis can be seen in the new '90th anniversary of the RAF' colour scheme.
